Our tastefully decorated and furnished villa has 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and 2 living areas and the home is fully equipped and baby friendly. There are TV�s in all bedrooms. A heated pool over looks a grass area to complete the perfect villa.
Family Room
The spacious open plan family room overlooks the pool area with direct access via patio doors. This room has ample comfortable seating. It has a large TV with ample cable channels and DVD player. There is also a selection of DVD�s and books.
Living Room
The comfortable second seating area to the front aspect has three comfortable sofas. An ideal place to relax and be entertained away from the Pool and the heat of the day or to escape while the children watch TV in the family room.
Master Bedroom 1
A tastefully decorated master suite overlooks and has direct access to the pool area with a large TV and alarm clock radio. The walk in wardrobe has ample hanging space. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, large Roman bath and separate WC and hairdryer.
Master Bedroom 2
The second Master Bedroom is also equipped with a TV and alarm clock radio. There is ample hanging space in the fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink, WC and hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
A twin bedded room with built in wardrobe. This room has a TV and alarm clock.
Bedroom 4
A bunk bedded room adjacent to the pool bath. This room has a TV. We have also provided a cot (crib) for an infant and a high chair.
Family Bathroom
A fully fitted Bathroom shared between bedrooms 3 & 4
Kitchen & Breakfast Nook
The large open plan fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with water & ice dispenser, oven, hob, coffee maker and all the pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware you will need.

Laundry Facilities
The laundry facilities can all be found in the garage and feature a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, clothes basket and clothes hanger and Iron.
Pool & Extended Deck Area
The heated pool backs onto a grass area and is surrounded by netting to let the sun in and keep the bugs out.
The extended deck area has 4 sun loungers, table with 6 chairs and a gas BBQ. There is a removable child safety fence between the pool and the villa for added safety for the little ones.
