Situated in the lovely San Jaime area of Moraira/Benissa Costa and within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and other facilities. Only 1.5kms from the sea and Ifach golf club is only 10 minutes walking distance. The golf club welcomes non-members both as players and in the drinks/snack bar which enjoys fantastic views over the course towards the sea and the Ifach rock, known as �The Northern Gibraltar�. There is a swimming pool and restaurant which can be used by non-members.
Whilst the accommodation does not have views over the stunning countryside the minute you step outside you are surrounded by these. There is a pleasant indoor sitting area that can be used for breakfast.
The room is ideal for those who seek a quiet base but who wish to enjoy the local restaurants as we only provide continental breakfast (by prior arrangement), tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster and a refrigerator. WiFi internet connection and, if required, a laptop is available. Laundry facitities.
The room remains at a relatively comfortable temperature even in the warmest weather and is the ground floor studio room of our first floor apartment.
Within walking distance of beaches and facilities for those who enjoy some exercise but your own transport is necessary to visit the many interesting villages and towns nearby.
