Casa Naranjales is a detached villa with a private pool situated in an idylic location on the lower slopes of Monte Pego. There are magnificent panoramic views from the terrace and pool across orange groves, and the valley, to the town of Pego and the mountains beyond. This bustling market town is just 2 miles away and provides shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The coast and nearest sandy beaches are 10 mins away and there are many more in the local area. The villa is very easy to access and is situated an hour's drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports.
The villa has air-conditioning and WIFI internet access. It is very comfortably furnished and fully equipped to a high standard. It is all on one level, has an enclosed terrace and is highly suitable for young families. The terrace is partially covered to provide shade from the hot sun and is equipped for both al fresco dining and sunbathing. The terrace faces West and the sun shines on the pool all day from 10am and in the evening offers superb sunset views.
The local area offers miles of white sandy beaches including Denia, Oliva, Javea, Moraira and Calpe. Denia is a major coastal resort and port located 7 miles away. Benidorm and its various attractions is a 30 min drive down the motorway.
